Microsoft Office 2010 Release Schedule

Microsoft Office 2010 beta version was launched on November 18, 2009 for public as well as for msdn and TechNet subscribers. It is available as a Web application and web versions are available for Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. You can also download the trial version of Microsoft Office 2010 Beta for 60 days. The Beta version is set to expire on October 31, 2010 giving its users enough of time to go in for final version.
The final version, Microsoft Office 2010 of software suite is on a deadline that has scheduled for the summers of 2010.
Microsoft Office 2010 will have Microsoft Office 2007 SharePoint Server 2010, Microsoft Visio 2010 and Microsoft Project 2010 along with Excel 2010, InfoPath Designer 2010, InfoPath Filler 2010, OneNote 2010, Outlook 2010, PowerPoint 2010, Publisher 2010, SharePoint Workspace 2010, Word 2010, Communicator 2010 and Access 2010.
Microsoft 2010 is aiming at that Office 2010 will be available with the familiar experience on your PC, phone and browser. Office 2010 productivity suite will be releasing in 32-bit and 64-bit flavors and on one DVD shortly. The Packaged versions will include Starter, Home and Student, Standard, Professional and Professional Plus.
The first to get their hands on Office 2010 will be the attendees at Microsoft annual TechEd event. The select group will have access to a technical preview.
Unlike the previous versions of Microsoft Office that was available in 16-bit and 32-bit, this new version of Microsoft, Office 2010 is offering 32-bit and 64-bit versions. These versions will offer its users a greater performance in terms of their operating system. Those who have better operating system will not have to emulate for 32-bit settings to run Office 2010. It will run on Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista and Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
